In addition to their initiative and aptitudinal suitability, a native speaker of English tests each candidate for his or her English language abilities. Consideration is given to all aspects of personnel employment and management as well as compatibility with our customer’s environment and desired 'image' in addition to any other specific requirements voiced.
A fee, ranging from 12.5% to 20% of the recruited staff members gross guaranteed annual income, only becomes payable when a candidate PRTRBPO.com has introduced commences work for the customer and, with a 3 to 6 month guarantee, the client may rest safe in the knowledge that they have made the right decision.
